Email support@fuga.app. Please include your account email, operating system, Fuga version if known, and a short description of the issue.
Response time
We aim to respond within two business days. Billing or refund questions may require transaction details from Paddle.
Billing and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle provides payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, and the buyer portal. Your card statement may show Paddle.
For cancellation, use the buyer portal linked in your Paddle purchase confirmation email or contact support.
Refund requests
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Include the account email, purchase date, and Paddle transaction or invoice reference if available.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, email support@fuga.app. Some billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained.
