1. Information we collect
We may collect account identifiers from Google sign-in, session tokens, subscription plan status, AI request content, usage metrics, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
2. Local project files
Fuga desktop projects are primarily stored locally on your device. We do not automatically upload entire local project folders for storage. You control which files are imported or attached during normal app use.
3. AI feature data
When you use AI features, the app may send the current prompt, relevant project code, table metadata, selected file contents, spreadsheet snippets, and execution observations to our server and AI service providers. This is used to generate the requested analysis, code changes, table updates, or explanations.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Paddle. We receive payment status, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, plan information, invoice-related metadata, and webhook events from Paddle. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials.
5. How we use information
- provide, secure, and improve Fuga;
- authenticate users and maintain sessions;
- enforce monthly usage limits and plan access;
- process subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds;
- respond to support and billing requests;
- prevent abuse, fraud, and service overload.
6. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate Fuga, including hosting, authentication, AI processing, analytics/logging, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention
We keep account, billing, usage, and operational records as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Support messages may be retained while needed to resolve the request and maintain records of the interaction.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including authenticated API access, secret storage for service credentials, and plan-based abuse controls. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting support@fuga.app. Some billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained where required.
10. International processing
Fuga may use service providers in different countries. By using the product, you understand that information may be processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
