Terms of Service

1. Service

Fuga is downloadable desktop software for spreadsheet analysis, data visualization, project workflows, and AI-assisted analysis. Fuga is not a financial, medical, legal, tax, safety, or professional advice product.

2. Account and access

You may need to sign in with Google to use AI features, plan-based usage, paid exports, and subscription status. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, billing, and delivery

Fuga offers Free, Pro, and Expert plans. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Prices and usage limits are shown on the Pricing page. The software is delivered digitally as a Windows MSI download; no physical product is shipped.

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may calculate and collect applicable taxes. Your bank or card statement may show a charge from Paddle.

4. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through Paddle's buyer portal, which is available from the purchase confirmation email, or by contacting support@fuga.app. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or Paddle policy.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable Paddle buyer terms. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Fuga to:

• violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• process malware, stolen data, illegal content, or deceptive materials;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service;
• use the AI features to create harmful, fraudulent, or misleading outputs;
• resell access to Fuga without written permission.

7. AI-generated output

AI-generated code, analysis, summaries, charts, and text may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing all calculations, charts, code, exports, and recommendations before relying on them. Fuga should not be used as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions.

8. User data and files

Project files are primarily stored locally on your device. When you use AI features, Fuga may send relevant prompts, project code, table metadata, selected file contents, and execution observations to our server and AI service providers to fulfill the request. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Availability and changes

Fuga is currently a beta desktop product. We may update the app, change features, change usage limits, or discontinue beta functionality. We will not intentionally remove paid access without a valid operational, security, legal, or abuse-prevention reason.

10. Intellectual property

Fuga, its software, website, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by the Fuga developer or licensors. You retain rights to your own data and project content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuga is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
